Will out of stock goods be on stock again?
Unfortunately certain goods go out of stock. Unfortunately, customer service can not answer whether certain goods will be back on stock. But here's a little tip: We often get a later supply of the most popular goods. Sometimes we also receive returned goods. Therefore we can only encourage you to come back and check out the web shop from time to time.
I've just bought an item which has been reduced in price. Do I get the difference?
Unfortunately we do not compensate customers who have already bought an item which we reduce in price.
What sort of payment options are there?
We only accept payment by creditcard. The prices shown on the web shop are including danish VAT (25%). During the payment fase, you're informed of which goods you've ordered, as well as the total sum of the purchase. Once you choose to go to the checkout, you're transferred to a secure server at DIBS, where you must enter the following:
-Creditcard number
-Expiry date
-Control digits
Should any of these fields be filled out incorrectly, then BJÖRKVIN can't go through with the the purchase. Hereafter the "Approve" button is pushed. The amount will not be deducted from your account before the goods are shipped from BJÖRKVIN. You will receive an electronic invoice, after the goods are shipped from BJÖRKVIN.
Is it safe to deal with creditcards online?
Once you've collected the goods you want, and wish to pay, you're automatically redirected to a secure server at Architrade. From here on, all communication between you and the server is encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer encryptment). This encryptment ensures you, that no one can bug or intersept the data you enter. The transmission itself has been approved by PBS, and ensures you the best possible security regarding the transaction. While being in a secure zone, there will be a small "Secure server" icon shown in the window of your browser. In Internet Explorer & Firefox, this icon is a closed lock.
At BJÖRKVIN, we will never ask you for your pincode or signature. Whether shopping online, or in a traditional shop, ONLY your signature or pincode is considered legally binding. Should anyone abuse your creditcard, the shop in question has an obligation to cancel the purcahse. This is also something your bank can do for you. In other words, you're not taking any risk what so ever by shopping at BJÖRKVIN.
Do I have to order online?
Ordering online is the most secure and efficient way for us to address your order. Thus we only accept orders online.
How long before I receive my goods?
Orders are handled within 2-4 working days. All orders are shipped through Post Danmark. The normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 working days. Outside Denmark, but within the EU, the normal delivery time is within 7 working days. Outside the EU, in Norway and Switzerland, the delivery time is within 10 working days due to the cusoms clearance procedures.
What are the freight costs?
Shipments inside Denmark: Free shipping.
Shipments outside Denmark: Purchases under EUR 100,- are attributed with a freight cost of EUR 20,-. Purchases over EUR 100,- are shipped freight free.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to most countries in and around Europe. See where we delivery in the "Shopping Basket".
Do I have to pay customs duty for my goods?
Within the EU, there are no duties to be paid.
Trading outside the EU?
The listed prices on the webshop include Danish VAT (25%). If you are trading outside the EU, such as Norway or Switzerland, this VAT will be deducted from the price right before you are asked to confirm your pruchase. Since the custom rules vary from country to country, we suggest that you contact your customs authority if you have any doubts whatsoever, just to avoid unpleasant surprises.
What happens if I'm not home when the parcel is delivered?
Shipments to Denmark: Post Danmark will notify you of the attemped delivery, and later on you can pick up the parcel at your local postoffice.
Shipments outside Denamrk: Please get in touch with the Postal sevices of the country in question, and give your parcel number.
Track and trace?
Orders shipped as parcels receive a track and trace number, which you can look up and follow at Post Danmark. Please be aware of the fact, that sometimes up to 36 hours can go by before your package is registered at Post Danmark.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of your order, once it has been registered. Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address while making your order.
My order is a gift, can I add a card?
Unfortunately it is not possible to add a card, or personal greeting to your order. Ït is not possible to get the order giftwrapped either.
Lacks and flaws?
Unfortunately mistakes do happen. If there are items missing from your order upon reception, please contact us at customer services, and attach your order number with comments of what is missing. We will investigate the case, and ship any lacking items freight free, should the mistake be on our side.
Missing refunds?
Unfortunately mistakes do happen. If you're convinced, that you've been refunded the wrong amount, please contact our customer services with your order number and the amount you're missing.
Wrong email address?
You might have entered the wrong email address. Often our customers forget which email address they have registered with us.
