Terms of Purchase

In General:
Your purchase at BJÖRKVIN is subject to Dansih law, comprising one must be at least 18 years of age.

Terms Of Payment:
BJÖRKVIN accepts payment with the following credit cards: Visa card, Matercard & Visa Electron. The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped. Please note that BJÖRKVIN does not ship COD (Cash on delivery).

Personal Data:
Once you have entered your name, address, email address and phone number on BJÖRKVIN, you can look up your data. Please note in doing so you accept that your data is public accessible.

Delivery:
Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days. All orders are shipped by Post Danmark - the Dansih postal services. The normal transit time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 working days. Outside Denmark, within the EU, the expected delivery time is within 7 working days. Outside the EU, in Norway & Switzerland, the expected delivery time is up to 10 working days. You can track your parcel's progress by using the tracking number you receive in your confirmation mail, which you receive once your parcel has been shipped. We reserve the right not to be subject to errors such as printing, inventory control, as well as price changes.

Freight costs:
Shipments inside Denmark: Free shipping.
Shipments outside Denmark: Purchases under EUR 100,- are attributed with a freight cost of EUR 20,-. Purchases over EUR 100,- are shipped freight free.

Duty & VAT:
Within the EU, there are no duties to be paid.

Trading outside the EU:
The listed prices on the webshop include Danish VAT (25%). If you are trading outside the EU, such as Norway or Switzerland, this VAT will be deducted from the price right before you are asked to confirm your pruchase. Since the custom rules vary from country to country, we suggest that you contact your customs authority if you have any doubts whatsoever, just to avoid unpleasant surprises.

 

Returns:
Should you, against expectations, regret your purchase, then any goods can be returned withing 14 days of reception of the goods. Should you regret your purchase, then return the goods in substantial state and quantity that you received your goods in. You must pay the freight costs for all goods returned to BJÖRKVIN. The purchase price will be credited to your account within 7 working days. Please remember to enclose information with your name and invoice number., and send the goods back to:

Replacements:
Any product can be returned within 14 days of reception: You must the return freight cost, and BJÖRKVIN will cover the freight charges of the replacemnt goods to you. Please enclose information with your name, invoice number, as well as which goods you want exchanged, and send it to the address listed under the point "Returns".

Claims:
BJÖRKVIN checks all products before the goods are shipped. However, should there be any flaws in the dispatched goods, these should be returned as soon as possible. All claims will be replaced by equivalent goods within 7 working days upon reception of the goods. Should we not have the subsitute item on stock, the amount paid will be creditted within 7 working days. Furhermore, BJÖRKVIN gives 2 years right to invoke lack of conformity with reference to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, comprehensive to manufacturing or material defects. The right to invoke lack of conformity does not include flaws, defects or claims caused, directly or indirectly, by wrongfull or damaging treatment, or unathourizied measures. Possible claims are to be sent to the address listed under the point "Returns".
